traditional food.It happen to be same as Johor.

There are few food modern and traditional

food came from Johor.

1.Mee Bandung,

The popularity came from Muar.The actual name

are Mee Bandung Muar.The Mee with meat,vegetables

potato,prawn ,half cook egg mixed with curry and nut.

2.Mee Rebus

The famous Mee Rebus Stulang and Haji Wahid.

The mee mixed with curry and boil egg at top.

The fried flour,fried union and mushroom as

additional with fresh green chili.Green lime

will make the mee more tasty.It cost you

below RM4 for big plate.

3.Johor Laksa

Spaghetti are used to replace the mee laksa

(Penang use mee laksa).The fresh cucumber,

salad,union,Bean Sprouts and the speciality are

sambal belacan Penang Laksa use chili.The

curry with coconut milk.lemon as extra.

4.Otak-otak

The famous are Otak-otak Kempas and

Otak-otak J.B.The seafood normally

fish are mixed with flour and chili.

It will cover by coconut leaf during

the barbeque's process.

The best otak-otak are made by PRAWN

the price expensive.

5.Nasi Beryani Gam

The famous in Batu Pahat Johor.

The colour rice with vegetables

and can choose either chicken,

beef meat or lamb meat.
