Kota Tinggi also named by old Johore (Johor Lama).
It has many historic palace, you might visit Kota Tinggi
Museum just 5 minutes from town.
There are big river call "Sungai Johor" in the heart of Kota Tinggi
town.You can have firefly trips there.There are few company
offer the firefly trips by boat (you can bargain the boat rental
especially during off peak season).
Kota Tinggi also very famous in textile shop.It also called
"mini Kelantan" due to price almost same as Kelantan shop
price.Kelantan is East coast state of Malaysia.
20minutes from Kota Tinggi there are Waterfall with
resort facilities.You might relax there by having totally
GREEN environment.The water very cool even at 12 noon.
Tanjung Sedili also travel destinations with sand beach
but the sea water yellowish.Few chalets there for Tourist and
Fishing addict.30km from here are Desaru, Johor Famous Travel
Destination.The hotel,apartments,chalet and golf facilities there.
Very nice seaside with deep slop beach not suitable for
swim learner.
From Desaru you can go to Tanjung Balau and takes you 15 minutes
travel by car.There are Fishermen Museum to appreciate the
villager history.Batu Layar Beach only 20km from Desaru.
The beach can be call "still virgin",only local people went
for swimming or dating.
Sebana cove are most beautiful palace in Kota Tinggi.The
resort and cove rate are expensive to local people.
On the way back you might visit Desaru fruit farm
or Crocodile farm at Teluk Sengat (fishermen heaven).
All way round you can see oil palm tree either very high
or just plant.You might try Chicken Rice Baser at Kota
Tinggi town (3 shop). Another choice are Muslim Seafood
Restaurant name "Hassan Ong".A lot of coffee shop name
Kopitiam can be selected.Myres Hotel are the biggest
Hotel in Town.
